At Move Bloomington, we believe the focus should be on movement first among many other tools and science based practices.
We utilize Fustionetics, a state-of-the-art technology system that allows us to provide assessments and self-care routines to help guide you to improvement in your individual movement.
We utilize Reflexion’s Edge, which is a state-of-the-art cognitive training tool that can help improve important performance aspects such as peripheral vision, prioritization, and tracking.
These are just a few of the many tools used to make your sessions and programs optimal for you.
Matt is a fitness professional and IU graduate residing in Bloomington, IN. He works for Indiana University as Adjunct Faculty, is the owner of and a personal trainer with Move Bloomington, and formerly worked for the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Master Instructor.
