Private (1-on-1) and Small Group Personal Training (4-6 max)

Following the Initial Consultation and Assessment, you and your trainer will begin to meet for Private and Small Group Personal Training Sessions together - frequency and duration will depend on the program chosen during your initial consultation.


Each session will be designed by your trainer specifically for you based on your personal movement assessment and discussed goals. Sessions may include movements to help with flexibility, core strength, balance exercises, reactive movement, speed/agility/quickness, and resistance training.


We have a variety of options to meet your individual needs, hopes, and goals regarding movement.


You can meet with a personal trainer anywhere from 1 to 4 times per week in our studio located at 729 S. Walnut St., Bloomington, IN 47401.


In addition to the personal training sessions, all of our packages include optional access to the Fusionetics app from your phone or tablet for movement “homework” and/or workouts outside of the studio. For movement “homework”, no equipment or membership elsewhere is required. However, we do recommend having a gym membership or home gym to take full advantage of Fusionetics workouts outside of the studio.

  • 1:1 Personal Training

    Programs starting at $349/Month

    (LIMITED AVAILABILITY) 1:1 Personal Training is for those looking for a program customized just for you. After meeting with your personal trainer, sessions are customized to your needs, goals, and are progressed accordingly. 30 & 60 minute sessions available for 4 (60min only), 8, and 12 times per month.

  • Small Group Personal Training

    Programs starting at $249/Month

    Small Group Personal Training is best for anyone looking for a program customized for you but enjoys the social aspects of group movement or is mindful of the investment. You still complete your own workout at your own pace but with the support of others. Sessions will last 50-60 minutes and consist of groups of up to 4-6 people, though, if you’re the only one scheduled…we still will hold the session! Programs are available for 8 and 12 times per month.

  • Student/Youth 1:1 Training

If this is your first time visiting Move Bloomington, please know a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call for Personal Training Only must be booked prior to our Initial Consultation unless beginning with the Introductory Offer. The Discovery Session gives us a chance to know a bit more about you and provides you the opportunity to ask questions prior to making a commitment to join Move Bloomington.
