Personal (1-on-1) & Semi-private Training (4-6 max)
After your Initial Consultation, you'll begin working with your trainer in Personal (1-on-1) or Semi-Private Training Sessions. The frequency and duration depend on your chosen program. Each session is customized to your needs and goals, focusing on flexibility, core strength, balance, agility, and resistance training. Our Bloomington gym offers various training methods and a convenient downtown location. You can schedule sessions with a personal trainer 1 to 3 times per week at 729 S. Walnut St., Bloomington, IN 47401.

(LIMITED AVAILABILITY) 1:1 Personal Training is for those looking for a program customized just for you. After meeting with your personal trainer, sessions are customized to your needs, goals, and are progressed accordingly. 60 minute sessions available for 4, 8, and 12 times per month.

Semi-Private Training
Programs starting at
$259/Month (approx. $30-$38/session)
Semi-Private Training is ideal for those who want a personalized program but also enjoy the social aspects of a small group fitness class, or want a more accessible price point. You'll work at your own pace but have support from others. Sessions last 50-60 minutes and are for as many as 4-6 people, but if you're the only one scheduled, the session will still happen! Programs are available for 8 or 12 sessions per month. Discounts are available for multiple people from the same household, IU employees (per IU perks page), and others.
